P. Douglas Perks will be giving a talk on his very recent published book about the Civil War in Jefferson County, WV. Doug is Mr. History in Jefferson County, being a former educator and now the historian for the Jefferson County Museum and the Jefferson County Historical Society. The event will be help in the community room of the new Shepherdstown Public Library and is open to members and guests.
